are you banned on osu!?

Yup. For 11 months now.
In the past, I had trouble with my own private life and playing osu! so much wasn't helping my situation at all, so I went ahead and did the stupidest decision of how I stop playing by cheating couple of scores in order to get out of online rankings, to finally focus on finishing my school and fix my social life. Don't judge my decision though, I have no idea what was running in my mind during that time and not simply just uninstall the game and quit playing for a while.
And also before you ask, yes I have my ban appeal running in the background, hoping for finally to come back online and staying that way. Now that my school is finished and doing alright.
I'm just gonna use this as a link to the future people whoever asks this question from me for simple and clear answer.
